Care of Clothing

Almost all of our clothing is 100% cotton so we recommend low heat or line dry to maintain true fit and size. For all monogrammed or appliqued items please wash inside out, hang to dry and iron for a crisp look.
Beanies clothing is made to order by loving hands and assigned to each individual customer. Beanies does not mass produce but provides unique character to all garments.


Shipment and Availability

Most Beanies orders are shipped via UPS or US Mail within 8-10 weeks from the date of payment completion. You will receive an email confirmation once your items have been shipped. Shipment may vary depending on production and availability. We ask for your patience…..it will be worth your wait we promise!


Shipping Damage/Loss

Beanies is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during shipping. Tracking information is provided via email when items are shipped.


Return and Exchanges

When your order is received we recommend that you carefully check your garments for accuracy in size and personalization. Our garments are made to fit true to size however we will be happy to accommodate any exchanges or returns within 14 days of the shipping date. All personalized items may only be returned at Beanies discretion. However, if Beanies made an error we will correct it with our deepest apologies. Any errors must be reported with 14 days of delivery.


Tax

Beanies is required by law to charge tax in the State of Texas.


Payment Options

Beanies accepts check by mail or all major credit cards for all online orders OR at one of our Trunk Shows. Orders paid by check will not be filled until check clears. There will be a $20 fee for any returned checks. Please see our Contact Page for mailing information.
